Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver documents, packages, and other items throughout the city;

Ensure every delivery is completed on time and with accuracy;

Communicate with clients in a polite and professional manner;

Follow traffic regulations and company policies.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license (or ability to work as a walking/bike courier);

Strong knowledge of Chicago streets or confident GPS navigation;

Responsible, punctual, and courteous;

Previous delivery or courier experience preferred, but not required.
