As our Customer Success Strategist, you'll play a vital role in our newly established Sprinklr practice, ensuring our clients realise maximum value from their investment while identifying opportunities for growth.
Working closely with our Head of Partnership, you'll be instrumental in nurturing client relationships, providing strategic guidance, and serving as the voice of the client throughout our organisation. Key responsibilities
As our Customer Success Strategist, you'll work under the guidance of our Senior Sprinklr Consultant to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive growth.
Client success delivery:
Serve as a day-to-day strategic advisor for our portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through Sprinklr
Create and execute personalised success plans that align platform capabilities with client goals
Monitor client health metrics and proactively address potential challenges
Facilitate regular check-ins and business reviews to demonstrate value and progress
Document client success stories and use cases to share across the organisation
Growth enablement:
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with sales on approach strategies
Provide valuable client insights to inform new business development efforts
Recognise patterns across clients that could lead to new service offerings or approaches
Partner with implementation teams to ensure seamless handoffs and consistent client experiences
Knowledge and expertise development:
Contribute to our growing library of best practices and implementation frameworks
Participate in continuous learning to stay current on Sprinklr capabilities and industry trends
Help train implementation teams on client success methodologies and Sprinklr features
Share client feedback to inform our evolving approaches and methodologies
Team collaboration:
Work closely with the Senior Sprinklr Solution Consultant to evolve our client success strategy
Partner with implementation managers to ensure successful platform deployments
Collaborate with project managers to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction
Support sales teams with client perspectives and technical validation
