ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join the Compliance department as a Junior Internal Auditor. Reporting directly to the Senior Internal Auditor, this role will play an important part in supporting the development and execution of the company’s internal audit programme.

The Junior Internal Auditor will be responsible for performing testing procedures, documenting audit evidence, and assisting in identifying potential weaknesses in processes and controls. The role will help ensure the business remains audit-ready and aligned with external regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to Live Casino operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Audit Execution & Support

Support the Senior Internal Auditor in conducting planned audits across business areas, with a focus on live studio operations and compliance processes.

Perform control testing and process walkthroughs to assess effectiveness and compliance.

Collect, organise, and document audit evidence in line with company and regulatory standards.

Assist in preparing internal audit reports by drafting sections, summarising findings, and providing supporting data.

Maintain organised and up-to-date audit documentation repositories.

External Audit Readiness

Help prepare documentation, evidence packs, and audit trails required for external regulatory audits.

Participate in internal audits and pre-audit readiness checks.

Work with operational and compliance teams to ensure timely follow-up on audit findings.

Risk & Compliance Monitoring

Assist in identifying gaps or weaknesses in controls and processes.

Support the tracking of remediation plans and monitor completion status.

Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing observations from testing and audit reviews.

Collaboration & Learning

Collaborate with other relevant teams to gather information and validate processes.

Build a working knowledge of online gambling regulations and audit requirements.

Participate in training and development to strengthen audit and compliance expertise.

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU

Must hold a relevant audit qualification such as a bachelor's degree in a related field, ACCA, CIA, CISA, etc.

Proficiency in utilizing applications such as excel, Confluence, and VISIO would be considered a plus.

1–2 years of experience in compliance, audit, risk, or other relevant professional environment.

Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in online gambling is an advantage but not required (training will be provided).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.

Ability to organise and manage documentation effectively.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within the compliance and audit profession.
