Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse - Psychiatric provides comprehensive nursing care to patients experiencing acute or chronic mental health conditions in inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. This role involves assessing mental health status, developing individualized care plans, administering medications, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Job Duties:
Assess and document patients' mental and physical health status upon admission and throughout care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor for side effects, and ensure adherence to treatment plans
Note: 2 years of Nurse Psych Experience
Requirements:
Experience: 2+ Years
Certifications: BLS, RN License,CPI
Associates Degree in Nursing required
