Job Duties:Set up and adjust machines for production runsPerform minor repairs and preventative maintenance Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Document setup parameters and quality checks Maintain a clean, organized workspace using 5S standards Pay: $23.70/hr Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Overnight / 3rd Shift) Experience or Skill Requirements: Mechanical aptitude and hands-on troubleshooting experience, previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred, ability to read and follow setup instructions, schematics, or blueprints, strong communication skills to coordinate with operators and supervisors, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for 8+ hours.
