We are seeking an experienced and passionate Luxury Automotive Technician to join our elite team.Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on luxury vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards.

Use diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting and vehicle programming.

Conduct multi-point inspections and document findings accurately.

Collaborate with service advisors to ensure clear communication with clients.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Ensure achievement of CSI/NPS targets.Qualifications:

Highschool diploma or GED (technical study in the field preferred)

3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (luxury brand experience preferred).

ASE certification(s) or OEM factory certifications (Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Porsche, etc.) are a plus.

Proficient with diagnostic equipment and computer-based repair systems.

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.We Offer:
