Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Plant Finance Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. This role offers the opportunity to lead all financial activities at our plant, including budgeting, financial planning, cost control, and profitability analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing finance and will be experienced in working with D365, ERP implementation, and high-purity alcohols. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's profitability and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

2. Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

3. Lead the annual budget process and regular variance analyses to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

4. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions, including capital investment, product pricing, and cost reduction initiatives.

5. Collaborate with plant management to develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

6. Coordinate with corporate finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

7. Manage the implementation and ongoing use of the D365 ERP system at the plant level.

8. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed to support plant operations and corporate finance initiatives.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a finance role within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on plant finance.

3. Strong experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and variance analysis.

4. Proficiency with D365, ERP implementation, and advanced Excel skills.

5. Knowledge of the ethanol and high-purity alcohols market is a plus.

6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.

7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

9. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
