Job Description

Job Requirement:

Perform basic construction duties, including digging, lifting, and moving materials

Haul, move, and stack materials around the jobsite efficiently

Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely. Including but not limited to rakes, shovels, and small compactors.

Assist with installation of pipes and place bedding as required for utility and drainage systems.

Prepare job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary materials.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

Load and unload construction materials as required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Assist in site measurements and layout preparations.

Support team members with various tasks as needed.

Communicate effectively with crew members, foremen, and supervisors.

Adhere to company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures.

Reliable transportation to and from job site.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods.

May require working in confined spaces or at heights.

Construction sites may be noisy, dirty, and require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Must always adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

Often requires lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling items.

Requires corrected vision and hearing within normal range

Requires reaching, crawling, climbing, grasping, kneeling, squatting and twisting.Company Description
