What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will:

Develop and lead or co-lead highly complex projects, creating mid-term plans that impact results.

Leverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units, serving as an advisor to others.

Make decisions in complex problems, identify innovative solutions, and recommend courses of action that impact business units.

Act independently on self-initiated projects, using knowledge from others and exercising judgment in complex decisions.

Review work for effectiveness and business impact, and evaluate the work of colleagues.

Exercise foresight and judgment using knowledge and experience within business units.

Develop and implement reimbursement strategies and programs to secure coverage, coding, and payment from providers.

Collaborate proactively with Health Economic staff to assess the economic impact of therapies and products on payers, including government entities.

Influence management and senior staff decisions, supporting the resolution of complex problems.

Contribute to the business impact through effective project leadership and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Must-Have

BA/BS with at least 8+ years of experience.

Demonstrated business leadership including experience in strategy development and interaction with customers.

Knowledge and understanding of health economics and associated skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects organizationally and workload via strong planning skills.

Understanding of pricing and market access processes, systems, and environment.

Strong customer-orientation and ability to work successfully with colleagues across multiple cultures and time-zones.

Excellent writing and presentation skills in English.

Nice-to-Have

MBA/MS with at least 7+years of relevant pharmaceutical experience or PhD/JD with at least 5+ years of experience or MD/DVM with at least 4+ years of experience.

Experience in developing and implementing market access strategies.

Experience in health technology assessment and evidence-based medicine review.

Proven track record of successful project management.

Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.

Secondment 6 months

If you are currently in a driving position with a fleet vehicle and this secondment does not require driving as an essential function of the position for 12 months or longer, you will be required to turn in your fleet vehicle for the duration of the non-driving secondment. There will be no change to your current work location.

Position is considered Flexible, and colleagues are expected to comply with Log In For Your Day (LIFYD) requirements at site location (e.g. about 2.5 days a week in office).

Note: This secondment offers a valuable opportunity for professional growth. It will need to be funded by the secondee’s home market.
