Project Manager Civil

Civil Project Manager – Düsseldorf (moving to Frankfurt after 12 months)

I’m partnered with a Tier 1 Main Contractor delivering a major large-scale project in Germany and looking to appoint an experienced Civil Project Manager.

The Role:

As Civil PM, you’ll lead and coordinate all civil and structural activities, ensuring quality, safety, and programme delivery across this high-profile project. You’ll also act as the primary client liaison, driving progress from site mobilisation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee civil & structural teams on site

Manage quality assurance & HSE compliance

Lead project meetings & track schedules/budgets

Act as client-facing representative

Mentor and lead engineering/site teams

What We’re Looking For:

8+ years’ experience in large-scale construction (data centres / pharma / hi-tech preferred)

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar

Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strong track record in delivering complex projects

Location: Düsseldorf (moving to Frankfurt after 12 months)
