Now, were looking for driven, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Specialistspeople who bring energy, empathy, and purpose to every interaction.

We are currently hiring for the following shift: 11:30 AM 8:30 PM. This position also requires participation in a Saturday rotation; when scheduled to work on a Saturday, the team member will receive an additional day off during the week.

What Youll Be Doing

Deliver top-tier service: Be the warm, knowledgeable voice customers trust

Master our offerings: Learn the ins and outs of our product lines to educate and serve

What Were Looking For

2+ years of customer service experience (outbound/sales a plus)

Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office experience

Detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to hit daily goals

High School Diploma or GED required
