$12.50-15/hour + PTO Full-Time (40 hours/week, weekends required)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the gym, ensuring that our members enjoy a safe and hygienic workout environment.

Responsibilities

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of gym equipment, floors, restrooms, and common areas

Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and sanitizers

Empty trash receptacles and handle waste disposal safely

Ensure locker rooms and showers are maintained to cleanliness standards

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management

Follow cleaning schedules and health/safety protocols

Support in creating a positive member experience through a clean facility

Requirements

Previous cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping experience preferred but not required

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift moderate weights and handle physical tasks

Dependable and punctual work ethic

Must be available to work weekends (40-hour/week schedule required)
