Transport Administrator
Working five days across Monday - Saturday 2pm - 10pm
£13.30 per hour
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our well-established client based in Patchway, Bristol.

Day to Day Duties
Logging all driver’s hours, holiday, sickness onto appropriate records
Planning of routes using computer-based planning system
Ensure all accident forms are completed/actioned and filed
Dealing with driver Communications and workload
Dealing with office duties, photocopying, filling, emails and yard checks when required
Responding to customer queries
Work according to the Safe system of work (ssow)
Open and lock up depot when required
Cover transport teams during holidays/sickness
Essential Skills
Must have experience working in a transport office/environment
Excellent communication skills
Writing skills
Able to multi-task
Hard working / flexible
Desirable Skills
Ability to learn and push yourself to progress with the company
Dedicated to getting the job done but able to have 'fun' as well.
Training
All training provided and additional support throughout
