£12.21 - £16.50 per hour

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Aluminium fabricator to join our well-established client based in Bloxwich, West Midlands.

Day to Day Duties

Your day-to-day duties as an aluminium fabricator with our client will be:

Fabricating aluminium from technical drawings

assembly of parts

Completing paperwork

Performing checks against instructions to ensure product quality and conformity

Performing regular quality inspections and correcting quality issues as soon as they arise

Ensuring available stocks of raw materials to maintain productivity

Ensuring work area is clean and tidy at all times

Reporting defective parts and product

Essential Skills

Essential skills needed to be a Machine Operative with our client are:

Aluminium fabrication

Quality Control Expertise

Proficient in using hand tools

Strong Communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Attention to detail and accuracy

Experience working with aluminium or window systems

Committed attitude to continuous improvement activities such as 5s and Lean Production

Training

Full training provided on-site, continued development.
