Schedule:

1st Shift: 6:30AM - 3PM

Plus overtime

Pay Rate:

$23 / hour

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of receiving, organizing, and distributing clothing inventory. This role is key to ensuring accurate order fulfillment, timely deliveries, quality customer service, and consistent team performance—all while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, sorting, and distributing clothing inventory

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with customer and operational deadlines

Maintain detailed inventory records and oversee inventory management systems

Lead, train, and mentor warehouse associates to meet productivity and performance goals

Monitor compliance with safety policies and enforce standard operating procedures

Evaluate team performance, conduct coaching sessions, and handle basic employee relations

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including logistics and customer service

Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve operational challenges quickly

Track KPIs and report daily progress to upper management

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Job Requirements:

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required

High school diploma or GED required

3+ years of warehouse experience (retail distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations)

Strong leadership and people skills with experience in coaching, motivation, and performance management
