This position conducts outside Business-to-Business sales activities and is responsible for generating sales revenue. As a Mail Services Consultant at OEI, you will be securing new business revenue via consistent & effective prospecting of new clients and managing an existing assigned OEI client base. Our commercial mailing division’s primary focus is providing businesses with solutions to manage our customers outbound and inbound mail & parcels workflows, Addressing and Digital Color print technology, and Omni-Channel communication delivery software.
The Mail Services Consultant is responsible for gaining new market share while retaining and growing existing accounts. Strong people skills, organizational skills, reliability, professionalism and self-motivation are a must. This position services our Twin Ports territory covering Northern Wisconsin and North Easter Minnesota. The Mail Services Consultant must be able to travel daily and embrace both the sales & service aspects of the position. For the Successful Candidates we offer Full-Time employment, base salary plus commission structure, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Essential Functions
Increase the business and customer base by finding and qualifying new business accounts using sales techniques to cross-sell and up-sell.
Participates in the monthly sales forecasting
Meet and exceed company sales goals
Research and locate new opportunities by visiting new and existing customers.
Utilize CRM to company standards.
Analyze customer business opportunities by identified vertical markets.
Develop and deliver sales presentations, close sales in a professional and effective manner.
Keep informed of new products, services and other general information of interest to customers.
Participate in developing long and short-range sales and marketing plans.
Effective and consistent prospecting of net new business
Commitment to continually remain current on product and industry knowledge by attending sales meetings, vendor training, trade shows, or reading trade journals.
Strong at gaining appointments and generating interest with key decision makers
Other duties as assigned

· High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred (preferably business related)
o Minimum 2 years in a similar position is preferred.
A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
Experience with CRM preferred
Consultative Sales skills for qualifying and closing opportunities
Prior mailing, copier, office or capital equipment sales experience preferred
Experience with lease/financing-based sales
Motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills and a sales aptitude.
Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong C-level presentation skills to communicate the VALUE PROPOSITION
