Job Description
A well-established insurance agency based in Maineville, OH is seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to join the team. This is a full-time, in-office position focused on delivering exceptional service to our clients while supporting the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide responsive, knowledgeable support to clients on policy inquiries, changes, and renewals
Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling appropriate insurance products
Maintain accurate client records and documentation in agency systems
Support producers and account managers as needed to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in an insurance agency setting
Active licenses in Property & Casualty and Life insurance (Commercial Lines experience a big plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient with standard office software and insurance agency management systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently within a team environment
This position is in-office only. Candidates must be local or able to reliably commute to Maineville, OH.
