Job Summary: The Chauffeur will provide first-class, safe, and reliable transportation for executives, employees and their family members throughout the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) region. . This position demands a polished, professional demeanour, impeccable driving skills, and an unwavering commitment to discretion. The Chauffeur will ensure each passenger’s journey is comfortable, efficient, and seamless, while also overseeing the meticulous care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the assigned vehicle.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver first-class, punctual, and secure transportation in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner, ensuring comfort and safety at all times
Operate company sedans for secure transport of passengers and company property, including medical devices
Strategically plan routes for maximum efficiency and passenger comfort, adapting instantly to traffic or schedule changes
Greet passengers with courtesy and professionalism, assisting with entry/exit and managing luggage or personal effects discreetly
Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Maintain complete confidentiality regarding passengers, destinations, and conversations at all times
Conducts pre and post trip inspections to identify and service needs
Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and out, with attention to detail that reflects company standards
Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and maintenance documentation
Administrative duties as needed
Manage occasional errands or special requests with professionalism and efficiency
Drive 16’ box truck
Performs other related duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent driving skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management skills
Advanced route planning and navigation skills, with deep knowledge of DMV traffic patterns
Absolute discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call assignments as needed
Valid driver’s license, DOT card and clean driving record
Willingness to sign and honor a Non Disclosure Agreement
Education and/or Experience:
Minimum 3 years driving experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
Physical Requirements:
Physically able to drive a vehicle for prolonged periods of time.
Must be able to lift and move luggage weighing up to 50 pounds.Company Description
