Join us in the ELITE Maketing team in our International Graduate Programme (V.I.E)!
We're looking for a dynamic candidate to join our Department in Bruxelles, with an ideal start date of 17 November. You will play a key role in supporting ELITE expansion journey by ensuring robust marketing operations delivery.
You will report to the Head of Marketing working very closely with the Marketing Team and wider ELITE Team and will contribute to the general company’s mission. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the annual marketing plan on time, on scope, on budget.
You will be primarily responsible for:
Actively contributing to the social media management and editorial plan
Monthly newsletters curation
Event planning and management
Marketing collaterals design and regular update
Collaborating with various business lines and departments to gather Sales and Marketing KPIs
Assisting the team on site during special events
Supporting the management, payments and related agreements preparation for external suppliers
Maintaining accurate databases from multiple sources to ensure a relevant mailing list
CRM update and regular meeting with the support team
Delivering digital advertising campaigns
Participating in the roll-out of the ELITE wider growth strategy participating in weekly and monthly team meetings
Your profile:
Young professional with proven experience in marketing operations
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a good command of data management and reporting tools
Event management skills
Excellent command of English, both oral and written
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in an international, multicultural and complex environment, and to collaborate with colleagues
