Must Haves:

3 - 5 years of experience as a FA

Come from an accounting background

Experience with communicating with leadership

Strong with Excel/Microsoft Suite

Healthcare Experience

Plusses:

M&A Experience on the accounting and reporting side.

Day-to-Day:

In this role, the individual will be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including journal entries, fixed asset management, and closing the books with a strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes. They will support a reorganized IT structure divided into four operational towers, each requiring a dedicated financial analyst to review P&L across all cost centers. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying financial issues, conducting analysis, and escalating findings to leadership. A solid grasp of capital expenditures and fixed asset accounting is essential, along with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive financial clarity in a dynamic environment.
