What You Will Do:

Meet and greet all guests at the airport, providing courteous, efficient, and professional service.

Ensure the paging board is neat, clean, and accurately displays guest information.

Coordinate and assist with guest transportation requirements.

Maintain strong working relationships with airline desks, customs, immigration, and other airport personnel.

Verify entry visas and documentation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa procedures.

Liaise with the Visa Officer for applications and the Visa Clerk for typing and translations when required.

Carry and monitor the daily arrival and departure report to track guest movements.

Provide guests with information, reservations, and ticketing for cultural, leisure, and entertainment activities in the city.

Keep the Chef/Head Concierge and senior management informed of any guest concerns or complaints, along with actions taken.

Respond appropriately to hotel emergencies or safety situations.

Uphold the highest standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism at all times.

What You Bring:

Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English and Arabic.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Previous hospitality or guest service experience is an advantage.
