Day to day as a Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Valley View Granite, your mission is to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish, assisting with everything from consultations to installation appointments. You'll work closely with sales, production, and installation teams to keep projects on track, while also maintaining detailed records in our management system. By addressing concerns and following up after project completion, you help uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and foster lasting relationships.

Requirements for this Customer Service Representative job

To thrive as a Customer Service Representative at Valley View Granite, you'll need strong communication, organization, and attention to detail. You'll be the friendly voice helping customers, coordinating project updates, and resolving concerns with professionalism.
