About the Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Associate to join our team in Langhorne, PA. In this critical role, you'll help support life-saving surgeries by preparing and managing medical inventory-picking and packing implants and surgical instruments for orthopedic and trauma procedures. You'll train across multiple product lines, learn to identify a wide range of medical parts, and ensure that everything is accurately assembled and shipped for timely delivery to hospitals.What You'll Do
Pick, pack, and prepare surgical kits and instrument bins for scheduled procedures
Inspect inventory for damage, defects, or shortages
Use computer systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
Keep the warehouse organized and compliant with safety and quality standards
Support team communication during investigations and audits
Assist with inventory counts and audit preparationsWhat We're Looking For
Must live in or near Langhorne, PA
High school diploma or GED (required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Reliable transportation (punctuality is critical)
Able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid communication skills – verbal and written
Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure
Professional, ethical, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Must own a fully functional smartphone
