Executive Director of Care Coordination (Case Management)

Job Description

This is a newly created position reporting to the Chief Medical Officer. The Director will manage a team of 44 FTE's including the Director of Social Work and 3 Team Leads who lead the RN Case Managers, Utilization Review and Denial Management.

Requirements:

BSN Required/ Masters Preferred

RN Active License in the State of Mississippi

ACM/CCM Certification is Preferred

3 years leadership/ 5 years tital nursing experience

Team player who is well organized and consistent with their leadership

Has ability to remove silos

Experience leading a Care Coordination Team in an Acute Care hospital of 300+ beds or more

Previous experience leading a case management and social work team through a cultural change is a plusCompany Description
