We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect (formerly UKG Dimensions Architect) to lead the design and implementation of time tracking, scheduling, and absence management solutions across a complex, multi-business environment. This role is pivotal in aligning UKG Pro WFM capabilities with organizational needs, ensuring seamless integration, optimal user experience, and compliance with labor regulations.

Responsibilities

Solution Design: Architect UKG Pro WFM solutions to address workforce management challenges.

Technical Expertise: Provide advanced knowledge of modules, including Timekeeper, Accruals, Scheduling, Leave, and Attendance.

Integration: Design and support integrations using APIs and middleware (e.g., Dell Boomi).

Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into detailed technical and functional designs.

Process Optimization: Enhance processes to improve end-user experience.

Reporting & Analytics: Own reporting strategy and workflow creation using tools like Activiti.

Mentorship: Guide and support team members to build solution capabilities.

System Administration: Manage timeclock design, access control, and system profiles.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.

7+ years of experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM in a solution architecture or functional lead role.

Deep understanding of time & attendance processes and requirements gathering.

Experience working in global, multi-country environments.

Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and driving continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Healthcare domains.

Certification in UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro WFM modules (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Absence).

Familiarity with Activiti BPM platform and Dell Boomi middleware.

Experience with Kronos iSeries is a plus.
