Our client is currently seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join their office.
Your daily tasks would be varied and will include:
Answering the telephones and transferring calls
Filing and document scanning and sorting/storing
Data entry using Excel and Word
Maintaining stationery and other office supplies
The first point for customer service
General administration tasks as required
To be considered for this role you will need to have
Good communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Be well presented with a friendly personality
Be able to work both independently and as a team
Have attention to detail
R 7500 per month plus benefits.
