• Conocer del funcionamiento, organización estructural y dinámica de trabajo y comunicación de una compañía farmacéutica global, además de su historia, valores y cultura de calidad y seguridad.

• Conocer las normas de correcta fabricación y otras normativas y documentación que rigen una planta farmacéutica.

• Aprender los procesos principales que sustentan la gestión de un laboratorio, así como los procesos de mejora continua, mediante su participación activa en:

• Entendimiento de la planificación de análisis y de la aprobación de lotes del área de control de calidad.

• Familiarización con el control del inventario de reactivos y estándares de referencia.

• Contribución a la reducción de métodos en soporte papel, traspaso al sistema Smartlab.

• Sostenibilidad del plan de Mejora Continua del Laboratorio.
