1. Conocimiento del funcionamiento, organización estructural y dinámica de trabajo y comunicación de una compañía farmacéutica global, además de su historia, valores y cultura de calidad y seguridad.

2. Conocimiento de las normas de correcta fabricación y otras normativas y documentación que rigen una planta farmacéutica.

3. Aprendizaje en la mejora del proceso de seguimiento de la revisión de órdenes de Empaquetado por QA (Quality Assurance), teniendo en cuenta:

Las fechas de compromiso para tener el producto en el mercado

La disponibilidad de los graneles o materiales

El seguimiento de órdenes retenidas por incidencias

La realización de tendencias de errores detectados en la revisión para disminuir la probabilidad de ocurrencia de los mismos
