Project Manager / Construction Supervisor / Foreman

We’re looking for a responsible Project Manager / Construction Supervisor / Foreman at Modern Tiny House LLC. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Your contribution will be vital to the success and growth of our company.

As a Project Manager / Construction Supervisor / Foreman, you’ll work across multiple projects, including managing active job sites. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders. Responsibilities

Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

Coordinate and manage contractors and construction crews.

Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.

Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.

Manage project budgets, expenses, and resources efficiently.

Resolve issues and conflicts promptly during construction.

Requirements

Languages: fluent English and Russian or Ukrainian (required).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Knowledge of construction processes, technologies, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret drawings and construction plans.

Leadership qualities and the ability to motivate a team.

Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Experience with project management software is a plus.
