What this opportunity involves:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to join our dynamic and vibrant team.

As the Centre Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of Northpark Shopping Centre in Adelaide.

With a deep understanding of the asset and exemplary delivery of business plans, reporting, strategy execution and stakeholder engagement, you’ll be providing a high level of client satisfaction.

An Overview of the role:

As as a senior representative of JLL ensure the proper Management of the centre.

Ensure delivery of the centre’s Business Plan objectives, and budget. To add value to the investment.

Operate the centre according to good retail property principles – looking to increase sales and foot-traffic to ultimately increase the return on investment to the owner.

Provide superior client service, for those clients allocated as your responsibility, and to ensure all staff reports provide the same service standards.

Strategically consider the tenancy mix of the asset and to attract retailers accordingly.

Drive further redevelopment programs to further expand the tenancy mix and asset returns.

To be successful, you’ll have strong interpersonal skills to enable interaction with Owners, retailers, staff members and co-workers. You will have strong negotiation and communication skills both in developing relationships and resolving disputes or problems as they arise. Previous experience in a sub-regional asset will be looked upon favourably.

You will exhibit strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and influence a diverse stakeholder base and be commercially astute, identifying opportunities which will drive income and overall centre performance.

You will need to hold as a minimum a Certificate of Registration as Real Estate and Business Sales Representative valid within the state of South Australia.
