Position : Senior Accounts and Admin
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Day: Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Responsibilities
Handle bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
Prepare and manage Office Accounts and Client Accounts
Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing
Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records
Support general office administration and clerical duties
Liaise with banks, auditors, and external parties as needed
Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements:
Bookkeeping qualification or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience, preferably in a legal firm
Basic understanding of legal office procedures is an added advantage
Familiar with preparing and handling both Office and Client Accounts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and basic admin tools
Good communication skills, responsible, and detail-oriented
