The Patient Service Specialist role ensures patient scheduling and referral needs are met while assisting in the general administrative and patient service needs of the practice.

MaineHealth is seeking a dedicated Patient Service Representative (PSR) to join our team in Family Medicine at our Farmington location. This position offers a consistent weekly schedule totaling 36 hours, allowing for one scheduled day off per week (specific day to be determined).

Key Details:

Operating Hours of Facility: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Position Schedule: 36 hours/week with one day off weekly

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: Six months of medical office experience required.
