Are you ready to shape how cutting-edge IT solutions reach the market in? As our Sales Engineer in France, you will play a pivotal role in driving Ivanti’s success across France.

As a Pre-Sales Consultant / Solutions Engineer specializing in Enterprise Service Management, you will be at the forefront of Ivanti’s market expansion in France, with opportunities to support Italy and Spain. Your expertise in ITSM, ITAM, and ESM will be crucial in demonstrating the value of Ivanti’s solutions to prospects and partners, directly influencing customer success and our regional growth.

What you’ll do

Perform live demos that articulate both the business and technical value of the solution to Operator B2B Presales / Sales teams

Present the solution architecture, e.g. at roadshows, events, B2B operator team meetings or sales kick off events

Conduct in-depth solution architectures, POCs and product evaluations to verify solution meets prospect’s ITSM requirements

Perform production training as related to evaluations

Ability to work well with both IT and businesspeople

Ability to present to both individual contributors as well as executives

Ability and experience to work independently in remote office locations

Ability to complete RFP’s, RFT’s and other technical responses

What you will bring

2+ years of experience in an ESM role

Ideally previous experience in a presale role at a software vendor/distributor/reseller or experience in implementing comparable technical solutions as a professional services consultant for ESM/ITSM/ITAM already

French language and business fluent in English language is a must. Italian and/or Spanish language skills would be a nice addition.

Experience of creating and delivering presentations to large and diverse audience

Ability to create written documents in French and English to assist potential customers in preparing or summarizing activities within pre-sales projects

Experience of working with:

Enterprise/Service/Asset Management

ITSM or ITAM certifications recommended, like ITIL Foundation, ITIL MP/SL/PM/Master

Networks, Operating Systems, Databases, Certificates, Email, and Systems Integrations
