Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 (Based on Experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, experienced EHS Manager to oversee and manage our Environmental, Health, and Safety programs in a fabrication, machining, and electroplating environment. This is a vital role that ensures compliance with environmental and safety regulations, reduces risk, and promotes a safe, healthy workplace.

As our EHS Manager, you will:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure EHS compliance.

Lead safety programs, audits, and emergency response protocols.

Provide ongoing training to employees at all levels of the organization.

Conduct inspections and coordinate regulatory compliance.

Manage a team of safety professionals and foster strong team collaboration.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience leading an EHS team in an industrial environment.

Strong communication skills – ability to interact with all levels of the organization, from floor employees to senior leadership.

Hands-on knowledge of safety regulations, permit compliance, and industry best practices.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
