What You'll Do:
Project Planning & Execution.
Lead offshore project planning, task allocation, and execution for multiple imaging upgrade and migration workstreams.
Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and issue resolution for offshore deliverables.
Ensure all offshore tasks align with program milestones and hospital site schedules. Coordination with Onsite Teams.
Act as the primary point of contact between offshore teams and onsite program leadership. Facilitate daily standups, weekly status calls, and reporting to maintain project visibility and alignment.
Coordinate with onsite architects, program managers, and clinical SMEs to ensure smooth handoffs and dependency management. Quality and Compliance.
Enforce quality assurance practices, documentation standards, and compliance with healthcare regulations(HIPAA, HITECH).
Expertise You'll Bring:
Support offshore testing teams in developing and executing validation strategies for data migration and integrations. Governance & Reporting.
Track project progress using tools like Jira/MS Project and provide status reports, dashboards, and KPIs to the Program Manager.
Support change management processes including scope control, change requests, and stakeholder approvals.
Qualifications-Bachelor or Masters degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
10+ years of project management experience in IT services delivery with at least 5+ years in healthcare IT.
Strong experience managing offshore teams for large-scale enterprise programs.
Knowledge of clinical imaging applications (PACS, VNA, Cardiology) and integration with EHR systems.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and reporting dashboards.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
