Chief Growth Officer - (Series B Fintech)

Our client is a rapidly growing Series B Calgary-based startup, backed by Tier 1 VCs in SF, and going through explosive growth! We are recruiting for a Chief Growth Officer to join their team, where you'll be leading the strategic playbook / GTM motion to help scale an amazing platform with focus on SMBs from 15-20m ARR to 100m ARR+!

On-site role - 3x/week (M,W,F). $250-300k/base + Meaningful Equity

Three direct reports (director level)

30-40 indirect reports across, CS, Demand Gen, Marketing, Sales & Partnerships

Marketing and Brand Growth

Partnership and Sales Success

Revenue Growth and Financial Oversight

Tech Enablement & Tools

Qualifications:

10+ years of exp in growth, marketing, or revenue leadership roles within the fintech or payments space

Proven track record of success with high-velocity low-touch growth

Expert in growth marketing channels
