OpSource Staffing is proud to partner with a leading textile company in Simpsonville to hire reliable, detail-oriented Senior Machine Operators. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering full benefits upon permanent hire, competitive pay, and long-term career potential.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Machine Operator, you'll operate and maintain high-tech machinery on our needleline, drive a forklift, ensure production quality, and troubleshoot issues independently. You'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly and safely.

Textile experience is NOT required - we're looking for candidates with strong machine operating and troubleshooting skills, a solid work ethic, and a sharp eye for detail.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $19.96/hour to $21.08/hour (based on certifications)

Schedule:

12-hour shifts

Rotating:

7 days on 1st Shift (8am - 8pm), 2 days off

7 days on 3rd Shift (8pm - 8am), 5 days off

Temp-to-Hire - Eligible for full benefits after being hired on permanently

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, run, and monitor needleline machinery

Conduct quality checks and document results

Follow safety and lock-out procedures

Review production specs and make adjustments as needed

Doff and label rolls, record production data

Operate forklift and weigh hopper system

Communicate issues with shift leaders or maintenance

Complete documentation and shift handoffs accurately

What We're Looking For:

Machine operating, troubleshooting, or mechanical experience required

Strong problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with high attention to detail

Proven longevity with past employers

Strong safety awareness and communication skills

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Pass a drug screen and background check

3+ years of machine operating experience

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
