About the Position:
We are currently hiring a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide private duty, one-on-one care for a wonderful 5-year-old male child in the Mount Pleasant area. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a kind and appreciative family.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
G-tube care & feedings
Providing support with hygiene, feeding, mobility, and comfort
Maintaining clear communication with the care team and family
Offering companionship and encouragement throughout the day
Schedule:
During school days: 4 hours/day (Monday–Friday)
During school breaks: 9 hours/day (Monday-Friday)
Weekends Available
Qualifications:
Current LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Pediatric & G-tube experience
CPR certification (preferred)
Reliable, compassionate, & patient-centered
