Overview We are seeking Floor Truss Assemblers to join our manufacturing team.

The ideal candidate has some construction, landscaping, hardscaping, or carpentry experience and a strong interest in learning how to assemble floor cassettes used in residential and commercial building projects.

Key Responsibilities: * Assemble floor cassettes according to blueprints, shop drawings, and supervisor instructions.

* Measure, cut, and fasten lumber and hardware using power tools and hand tools.

* Inspect materials for quality and ensure accuracy of assembly.

* Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.

* Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications: * Some construction or carpentry experience preferred.

* Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop drawings.

* Comfortable using hand and power tools.

* Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm Stating pay: $17.50/hr Full benefits after 60 days of employment include: * Health, dental and vision insurance * Profit sharing * 401(k) with employer match * Company-paid life insurance * Sick time, personal time and paid time off.

Verify lumber accuracy with sheets.

Verify saw set up is accurate.

Perform daily operator maintenance.

Maintain 100% crew efficiency.

Mark individual joists when required.

Qualifications Able to read and write in their primary language.

Able to stand for long periods of time.

Able to read or able to learn to read a set up sheet.

Able to lift 50 pounds.
