Project Coordinator - Wireless Telecom Responsibilities

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Point of Contact (POC) for inbound colocations.

Oversee application processing, contract review, and execution, ensuring all deliverables are met.

Reconcile and manage national databases, including tools like Fuze.

Collaborate with teams in Operations, Network Finance, Legal, Submarkets, and Accounts Receivable to report on project statuses.

Research and compile background information related to project issues.

Evaluate risks, develop recommendations, and drive timely solutions across multiple projects.

Conduct meetings to align project timelines and track progress effectively.

Analyze and present data, including risk assessments and cost compilations.

Project Coordinator - Wireless Telecom Qualifications

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in fast-paced environments.

Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple projects independently.

Proven experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Experience with Telecommunication databases such as Fuze.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to present insights and solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Four or more years of relevant project coordination experience.

Strong database management capabilities.

High adaptability to shifting business needs and priorities.

Contract Length: 24 months

Location: Charlotte, NC, or San Antonio, TX
