Overview
A leading energy company is launching a new company-wide intranet using Staffbase, and we’re looking for a skilled Intranet Content Specialist to support the rollout. This role will work with business units across the organization to migrate, organize, and optimize internal content, ensuring it’s clear, engaging, and easy to navigate.
This is a cross-functional position that blends digital content strategy, internal communications, and light web management.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to audit and migrate existing intranet content to the new Staffbase CMS
Provide expert guidance on site layout, content structure, and user experience best practices
Write and edit intranet content to align with company voice, tone, and communication standards
Train and support internal users and content contributors on CMS usage
Partner with Communications, IT, and other departments to ensure successful implementation and consistency
Help establish and enforce intranet content governance and guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Web Development, or a related field
Minimum 6 years of professional experience in web content, internal communications, or UX/digital strategy roles
At least 1 year of experience writing or editing web content
Proficiency working with Content Management Systems (CMS) in a corporate environment
Strong understanding of user experience principles for digital content
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Staffbase CMS
Experience leading or supporting an intranet migration or redesign
Understanding of web accessibility and internal content best practices
Basic familiarity with HTML/CSS
