Job Description

An opportunity is available for a healthcare professional to join an IMCU team. The unit typically accommodates a mix of med-surg, tele, cardiac IMCU acuity level, neuro, and CVA patients. Candidates must be open to working two of the three winter holidays during their assignment.

Responsibilities

Provide care for patients in an IMCU setting.

Utilize medical equipment including vital signs machines, glucometers, SCDs, bladder scanners, and IV pumps.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient needs are met.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant specialty.

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Charge experience preferred.

Active VA/Compact License required at the time of submission.

Previous travel experience is required.
