Job Title: IT Telecalling Executive (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding IT products/services.

Explain offerings clearly and answer basic queries.

Maintain daily call records and follow up with interested leads.

Coordinate with the sales/technical team for closing deals.

Requirements:

Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local language).

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).

Positive attitude and willingness to learn IT products.
