JOB SUMMARY
The Lending Operations Analyst will be responsible for the onboarding and ongoing support of the Liquidity Access Line Lending product. This role involves loan origination, loan document review, document management, and resolving issues while ensuring seamless support to field partners. The analyst will also contribute to process improvements, participate in projects, and provide testing support to enhance operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Perform loan origination, document review, and document management for the Liquidity Access Line Lending product.
Research issues and deliver timely resolutions to field partners.
Handle inbound phone calls and emails from field partners, providing clear and accurate support.
Participate in project activities, including testing and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to operational controls, policies, and timelines.
Years of Experience
1 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
