Join our dynamic team as we embark on an exciting 9-1-1 Network transition project. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from Dallas, TX, providing flexibility and a chance to collaborate with a diverse team.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Problem Solving and Project Management.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and develop project timelines.

Ability to remain calm and maintain a positive, "can do" attitude under pressure.

Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on customer-oriented, strategic, and profitable solutions.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Capable of working under challenging timeframes and meeting deadlines.

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a change control-oriented environment with knowledge of testing strategies and acceptance criteria.

Confidence in addressing senior management and providing updates on critical situations.
