Pay Rate: $26–$30/hr
Shift/Hours: First shift, 40 hours/week. Associates start between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., ending between 3:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Test Associate to join the Molecular Diagnostics Division. This role is responsible for performing QC release testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods in a cGMP environment. The associate will support multiple assay platforms to ensure timely product release, contributing to the company’s mission of improving health through science-driven innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine testing following GMP/GLP practices
Analyze data and interpret results against protocol-defined specifications and validity criteria
Conduct microbiology testing for the QC Micro team as needed
Perform pH and/or HPLC testing for the QC Analytical team
Maintain QC material and product inventories
Support laboratory upkeep, equipment maintenance, and calibration activities
Complete required training in a timely manner and maintain accurate records
Participate in laboratory investigations for invalid assays or out-of-specification results
Prepare documents for storage in the document management system and manage original data files
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field
1–2 years of industrial lab experience (preferably QC)
Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
Working knowledge of industry/regulatory standards and GMP/GLP requirements
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), LIMS, or QSR systems
Required Skills:

ERP, LIMS, or QSR knowledge
