Job Title: Associate Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Location: Song Than 1 IP, Di An, Binh Duong

Department: Manufacturing Operations

Reporting to Plant Manager, as the Associate Manager, Manufacturing Operation, you are responsible in planning, coordinating and controlling of production process to make sure the production performance is meeting the targets. You are required to implement and enhance the lean system in entire plant to ensure effective lean system achievement as per the company standard to achieve lean execution excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee the production process, drawing up a production schedule and ensuring the production is cost effective

To ensure the products are produced on time and are in good quality by monitoring the production processes according to schedules

Work closely with various functions such as maintenance, planning and quality control to implement the right company policies and goals

Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment while ensuring the health and safety guidelines are followed

Lead the respective team to implement lean system as per the company standard requirements and coordinate with all pillars to deploy lean system in the plant as well as lean methodologies or tools to all pillars and teams

Build capability for pillar team member to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) results

Manage the projects’ cost and profit to achieve plant saving target

Drive 5S in the plant

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering related fields

8 years of working experience with minimum 3 years of experience in leading lean, production & people management in FMCG industry

Excellent English communication skills to work with cross-functional and regional team

Job Requirements:

Full time, Monday - Friday

No relocation eligibility
