Key Responsibilities Work Order Management and Asset ManagementGFEBS is Army/DoD facility asset management and work order system.Establish and update Equipment Records with serial/model numbers, manufacturer data, warranty details, installation/removal dates, photos, and costs.Coordinate with DPW Engineering, Operations, USACE, and tenant contractors to ensure accurate asset lifecycle data.Acquire and maintain Preventive Maintenance Plans including task lists, frequencies, O&M manuals, spare parts lists, and drawings.Manage databases associated with GFEBS activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.Receive, process, and initiate Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs), Preventive Maintenance Orders (PMOs), Project Work Orders (PWOs), and Operations Work Orders (OWOs) in GFEBS.Create and maintain Functional Location records (facilities, floors, rooms, utilities, land) in GFEBS using real property data, as-builts, Builder and ePRISMS.Provide reports and data to COR and DPW leadership as requested.Provide customer service support, including responding to internal/external work status inquiries.Conduct periodic training sessions (in-person or virtual modules) for customers and staff.
Qualifications RequiredUnited States Citizenship required for security clearance.Minimum of high school diploma or GED certificate.Minimum of one (1) years industrial or commercial maintenance experience.Hands-on experience with ERP/maintenance management system.Knowledge of Army work order processes (DMO, PMO, PWO, OWO) and IMCOM GFEBS business rules.Strong background in asset management, preventive maintenance planning, and data entry/validation.Experience generating reports and conducting analysis with GFEBS/BI.Ability to coordinate across multiple DPW divisions, contractors, and external agencies.Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.
PreferredHands-on experience with GFEBS or an equivalent ERP/maintenance management system.Prior experience with Army DPW operations, Builder, ePRISMS, EIP lists, and project close-out deliverables.Familiarity with USACE project documentation, DA Form 4283, and reimbursable work tracking.Previous role as a trainer, data analyst, or maintenance management technician.Knowledge of Federal real property and asset lifecycle management.
