HR Manager (m/f/d)

About us:

Fleetlery GmbH is a fast-growing startup based in Hamburg, specialized in staffing and logistics services within the food delivery industry. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and motivated HR Manager (m/f/d) to lead and structure our people operations. You’ll play a key role in shaping our internal HR processes, culture, and team growth.

Your responsibilities:

•Own and manage all HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, development, and offboarding

•Act as a trusted advisor to management and team members on all HR-related matters

•Coordinate preparatory payroll processing in collaboration with our external payroll provider and internal teams

•Ensure compliance with labor laws and documentation requirements, especially within the framework of temporary staffing (AÜG)

•Help implement and scale internal HR tools and processes (e.g., policies, guidelines, contracts)

•Take the lead in employer branding, internal communications, and team culture development

•Drive strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Your profile:

•Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

•2–4 years of experience in HR management or generalist roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment or startup

•Solid knowledge of German labor law and employee leasing (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung / AÜG)

•Experience with HR software, preferably Personio

•Highly organized, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Fluent in German and English

•Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tools like Notion and Slack is a plus
