Are you ready to lead critical security projects that protect some of Europe’s most high-security environments?

We’re working with a global security integrator to find an experienced Project Manager (Projektleiter) to oversee enterprise-level access control and CCTV projects across Germany and EMEA.

Your Role:

Take ownership of projects from design to delivery, commissioning, and aftercare

Be the trusted advisor for enterprise clients across Germany and EMEA

Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and risk

Oversee installation of leading platforms: Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, CCure, Honeywell, Milestone, Avigilon

Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory standards

Collaborate with expert teams across Europe

Your Profile - We’d love to hear from you if you bring:

5+ years’ project management experience in security systems (access control / CCTV)

Strong knowledge of enterprise platforms (Genetec, Lenel, AMAG, CCure, Milestone, Avigilon) – or the drive to quickly upskill

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification (a plus, not a blocker)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Fluent English (German is a strong advantage)
